Kitoko Maui was born from a simple conviction: that the best food comes from care, community, and a deep respect for the ingredients.
Located on Auhana Road in Kihei, our bakery and grocery have become a gathering place for neighbors who value quality over convenience. Every loaf is hand-shaped. Every pastry is made from scratch. Every product on our shelves is something we'd proudly serve our own families.
We source from local Hawaiian producers whenever possible, support our island economy, and believe that a great meal starts with knowing where it came from.
